O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.66 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

¶2This Court called for the report from the concerned Principal District Judge, by order dated 19.10.2023 with regard to the status of the H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2017 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the concerned Principal District Judge, has sent a report wherein, it is stated that the Hindu Marriage Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai, is disposed of, by its order, dated 28.10.2022.

¶3In view of the above, as already the H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2017 itself is disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

¶4Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

¶5No costs.

¶6Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
