ORDER This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated

10.09.2018 in I.A.No.582 of 2018 in O.S.No.157 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri.

¶2This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.157 of 2008 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri was disposed of by order dated

07.12.2020.

¶3In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

¶4Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

¶5There shall be no order as to costs.

¶6Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
