Thiyagarajan v. The District Registrar

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's Objection Petition dated 29.03.2023.

¶2The writ petitioner has raised an apprehension that the respondents 4 to 7, who register a document, adverse to the interest of the petitioner herein.

¶3It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that no document has been presented for registration relating to the property in Survey Nos.369/2A, 369/2C and 371/2A in Patta No.1135, situated at Koompur Revenue Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul.

¶4This Writ Petition has been filed only on apprehension. I must point out that the petitioner had impleaded his own sister as the sixth respondent and he has stated that he does not know the name of husband of his own sister.

¶5This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
