ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 01.09.2022 made in W.P(MD) No. 21561 of 2021.

¶2The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the State has filed an appeal in W.A.(MD) No.912 of 2023.

¶3Considering the above said facts, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same in case of Writ Appeal being dismissed.
