¶2Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

¶3This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's case as per law and in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent in No.Na.Ka.No.TAHDCO-2019-20 UDP-KR-186,

No. A1/030/EDP/2020-21/dated-29.12.2020. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks (2) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
