The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to assess the appropriate house tax and issue house tax receipt to the petitioned's house in survey No.452/9J situated at Tholurpatti Revenue Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of her representation, dated 06.02.2021, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The prayer in the writ petition has already been granted by the respondents. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
