Prayer in S.A(MD)No.54 of 2016:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decreetal order passed by the Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, dated 30.10.2015 made in A.S.No.40 of 2013, confirming the judgment and decreetal order made in O.S.No.97 of 2009, dated 31.01.2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.
