This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the Guideline Value Register maintained by the fourth respondent wherein the subject property has been wrongly classified as Government Boomi Dhan lands and for a consequential direction to remove the said entry with respect to the subject property.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the second respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the subject property has been classified in the revenue records as follows: fpuhkk; g[y vz; bkhj;j gug;g[ (b+f;.) gl;lh vz; M$h;gl;lhjhuu; bgah; gyf;fDhj;J 16

¶3In view of the above, it is clear that the property in question is a patta land and it is not a Government Boomi Dhan Land. This clarification will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner and such change shall be effected in all the records by showing the subject property as a patta land.

¶4This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
