(MD) No. 21799 of 2022 in the order dated 15.12.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAPRAKASH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21799 of 2022, dated 15.12.2022.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. CRL MP(MD) No.3607 of 2023

¶4Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21799 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
