O R D E R Heard VR.Shanmuganathan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. T.Villavan Kothai, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First Respondent, Mr. Muthugeethaian, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Second and Third Respondents and Mr. M.Ajmalkhan, Learned Senior Counsel, who takes notice for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

¶2The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to accept the offerings made by the Petitioner in the form of abhiseka and pooja articles for the 8th day festival i.e., Pachai Sathi festival during Masi Thiruvizha and Avani Moola Thiruvizha conducted in Arulmigu Subramaniasamy Thirukoil, Thiruchendur by considering his representation dated 06.01.2023 made for the same.

¶3It has been brought to notice that by proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 144/2009/E1, dated 24.02.2023, the said representation has been disposed and its copy has been placed on record.

¶4In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but if the Petitioner is still have any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
