This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the crop insurance amount to the petitioner crops within the stipulated period.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that pending Writ Petition, the crop insurance amount was disbursed to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

¶3Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
