RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.1710 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THAMOTHARAKANNAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1710 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poothapandi.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1710 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poothapandi, on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
