JUDGMENT When the matter came up for hearing on 20.01.2021, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the sole appellant passed away as early as on 14.02.2018 itself.

¶2Today, there is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 is present.

¶3Though the appellant died as early as on 14.02.2018 itself, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
