ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. A.Bhuvaneshvari, Advocate for the Petitioners, this Court made the following order:

" These petitions are filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent, by name, Muthusamy in the above second appeal.

¶2This Court on 22.06.2023 passed the conditional order in MP(MD)No. 1 of 2015. However, the said conditional order has not been complied with. Hence, MP(MD).No.1 of 2015 is dismissed. Consequently, MP(MD).Nos.2 and 3 of 2015 are also dismissed. "
