ORDER The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC r/w Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.Not known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an uneducated person and doing scrap business. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent though objects the grant of anticipatory bail, fairly concedes that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is an uneducated person. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Page3 of 4
