¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Association represents the plot owners of the DTCP-approved layout named "Ananthi Nagar", which was approved in the year 1987. Subsequently, a fresh layout under DTCP Approval No. 56/2024 was allegedly granted in favour of a third party, which overlaps with the existing approved layout. However, despite repeated communications, the said respondents have failed to furnish the required clarifications. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, the petitioner has approached this Court.

¶4The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the necessary report and clarifications will be furnished to the 4th respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos. 117/1A1, Page3 of 6 117/1A2, 117/1A3, and 117/20 of Pandur Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and DTCP Approval No. 56/2024.
