ORDER Date : 24.12.2024 Heard Mr. D. Soki, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Y. Riram, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondents. This is an application seeking impleadment of M/s Sindi Enterprises, represented by its Proprietor Shri Mama Miso, S/o late Ataru Miso, Desali Village, PO/PS Hunli, Desali Circle, Lower Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh as party respondent No.5. The applicants have filed WP(C) No.569(AP)2024, challenging the manner in which the NIeT for construction of 3(three) numbers of Bridges on road from 8 km point on NH 313 Roing Anini Road to New Chidu village via NHPC Colony in Lower Dibang Valley District, which is pending disposal. It is contented by Mr. Soki, learned counsel that during the pendency of the above writ petition, the respondent authority has awarded the contract work to one M/s Sindi Enterprises. Therefore, he submits that the above M/s Sindi Enterprises may be allowed to be impleaded as party respondent No.5. Page No.# 3/3 Having considered the submission and the grounds for seeking impleadment and the prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, M/s Sindi Enterprises, represented by its Proprietor Shri Mama Miso, S/o late Ataru Miso, Desali Village, PO/PS Hunli, Desali Circle, Lower Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh, be impleaded as party respondent No.5 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)569(AP)2024. The I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
