Mongia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. T. Tagum, learned counsel for the respondent no.6.

¶2The learned standing counsel for the RWD submits that as per instructions received by him, the petitioner has withdrawn the earnest money deposited.

¶3Upon instruction received from the petitioner, the learned counsel for Page No.# 3/3 the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition.

¶4Prayer is allowed.

¶5The matter stands dismissed on withdrawal.
