This is an application seeking impleadment of Victim-B, Victim-C, Victim-D, Victim-M, and Victim-R, as Respondents in the connected Criminal Appeal No.33/2024. Page No.# 4/4 Having considered the submissions of the parties and also considering that the victims/informants are to be arrayed as party Respondents in the Criminal Appeal/Applications etc. in POCSO Case, we deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, the Victim-B, Victim-C, Victim-D, Victim-M, and Victim-R be allowed to be impleaded as party Respondent Nos.4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, in the connected Criminal Appeal No.33/2024.
