ORDER Date : 12-12-2024 Heard Mr. E. Payeng, learned counsel for the applicant.

The present interlocutory application has been instituted praying for impleading the present incumbent in the post of Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh as party respondent in the connected Contempt Case No. 05(AP)/2024.

I have perused the averments made in the petition and also heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

On consideration, it is found that the person, who is sought to be impleaded as party respondent is the authority, who would have to implement the directions passed by this Court vide order dated

14.06.2023 in Contempt Case No.08(AP)/2023.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed and petitioner is permitted to implead "Shri Amjad Tak, IAS Commissioner, Food & Civil Supplies Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar" as Page No.# 3/3 party respondent No.4 in Cont.Case No.05(AP)/2024.

Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
