Taje, learned counsel for the opposite parties/petitioners and Ms. R. Basar, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondent No.3. By filing this application, the applicants have prayed for impleadment as party respondents No.10 and 11 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)562(AP)2024. Having considered that the subject matter in the connected writ petition pertains to a land dispute between the petitioners and the applicants, and considering that the prayer for impleadment not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite parties/petitioners, I deem it appropriate to allow this application as the applicants appears to be a necessary parties in the connected writ proceedings. Accordingly, the applicants, namely, Shri Jamru Mania, son of Shri Jamru Tacho and Shri Jamru Talang, son of late Jamru Tania be impleaded as respondents No.10 and 11 in the connected WP(C) No.562(AP)2024.
