ORDER Date : 11-12-2024 Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that against the decision of the Kebang, dated 24.02.2022, he has already instituted an appeal, under the provisions of law, before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pasighat and the same is pending disposal as on date. In that view of the matter, Mr. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition so as to enable him to proceed with the appeal filed in the matter and as noticed herein above. Mr. O. Modi, learned counsel for the respondents has not objected to the prayer so made by Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, the present revision petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
