The present applicant has been instituted by the applicant/election petitioner, who has contended that the draft issues Page No.# 2/2 on behalf of the election petitioner has already been filed before this Court today, however, he submits that he be granted further time to bring on record the list of witnesses on behalf of the election petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Accordingly, the list of witnesses of the applicant shall be filed within 15(fifteen) days from the date of framing of issues in the present proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioner has on

04.12.2024 filed his proposed issues.

With the above observations and directions, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
