Heard Mr. A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners and Mr. N. Ratan, learned Additional Advocate General of Arunachal Pradesh for all the Page No.# 3/3 opposite parties/respondents. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the connected PIL is being sought to be withdrawn with a view to institute a fresh proceeding assailing the Inquiry Report dated 09.03.2024, brought on record by the opposite parties/respondents by way of an additional affidavit dated 03.06.2024. On considering the said submission, we are of the considered view that for the purpose of bring on record the materials to counter the contentions raised in the said Inquiry Report, the PIL would not be called for to be withdrawn and the petitioner would be at liberty to bring on record the pleadings in the PIL itself, by way of filing an additional affidavit to assail the findings of the enquiry report. In that view of the matter, the instant interlocutory application stands closed.
