Heard Ms. O. Perme, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. O. Pada, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3 and Ms. P. Pangu, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 5, 7, 8 & 9.

This is an application praying for impleadment of one Shri Narging Dugmik, as petitioner No. 42 in the connected WP(C) No. 628(AP)/2023.

Ms. O. Perme, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the proposed petitioner is directly and substantially interested in the subject matter of the writ petition who is also having a common cause of action with the petitioners in the connected WP(C) No. 628(AP)/2023. Therefore, she submits that present applicant may be allowed to be impleaded as petitioner No. 42 in the connected WP(C) No. 628(AP)/2023.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection to the impleadment of the applicant as prayed for.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and considering that the applicant is having substantial interest in the subject matter with common cause in the connected WP(C) No. 628(AP)/2023, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, the applicant, namely, Shri Narging Dugmik, is hereby permitted to be impleaded as the petitioner No. 42, in the connected WP(C) No. 628(AP)/2023. Page No.# 4/4

In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands allowed and is disposed of.
