Judgment

ORDER Date : 26-11-2024 Heard Mr. U. Deka, learned counsel for the applicant.

By filing this application under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 27 (Twenty Seven) days in filing the connected review petition for correction of typographical error of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2024, passed in MACApp. No. 25(AP)/2018. Page No.# 2/2

Since, the delay is of 27 (Twenty Seven) days and no prejudice would be caused to the respondent/claimant as it appears that the review sought for is for correction of the date of filing of the claim petition, which is inadvertently mentioned as 17.01.2014 at paragraph No. 16 of the said judgment and order passed by this Court and also, considering that the cause shown by the applicant is sufficient, which has prevented the applicant from filing the connected review petition being Rev. Petn. No. 11(AP)/2024, the delay of 27 (Twenty Seven) days is condoned.

In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands allowed and is disposed.
