Lollen, learned counsel for the applicant, who prays for impleadmeant of the applicant namely "M/s Teli General Store, represented by its proprietor Shri Bipu Tali, son of Lt. Tobi Tali, permanent resident of village Gemo Tali, PO/PS-Kamba, West Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh" as respondent No. 9 in WP(C) (C) No. 120/2024 since the applicant is a necessary party in the said writ petition, as his name has already been considered in the NIT, which is under challenged in the connected writ petition. Mr. Y. Riram, learned Government Advocate for the opposite party/State respondents is present along with Mr. K. Moses, learned counsel for the opposite party/petitioner. No objection has been raised by the learned counsels of the opposite parties. In view of the above, this Court finds it fit to allow the instant application and implead "M/s Teli General Store, represented by its proprietor Shri Bipu Tali, son of Lt. Tobi Tali, permanent resident of village Gemo Tali, PO/PS-Kamba, West Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh" as respondent No. 9 in WP(C) (C) No. Page No.# 6/6 120/2024.
