Perme, learned standing counsel for the Power Department appearing for respondent Nos. 5 & 6. Today, when the matter is listed, Mr. K. Loya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District, Aalo to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2022 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition). Learned counsels appearing for the respondents have no objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner if the prayer of the petitioner is limited to disposing the representation dated 22.08.2022. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District, Aalo to dispose the representation dated

22.08.2022 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 60 (sixty) days from today, in accordance with law. Any order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District, Aalo on the representation submitted by the petitioner shall be forthwith furnish to the petitioner. The Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District, Aalo while disposing the representation, dated 22.08.2022, shall also give opportunity of hearing to the respondent Nos. 5 & 6.
