Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the instant writ petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner, who is a Trained Graduate Teacher(TGT), serving under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Education Department has been transferred vide the transfer order dated 13.08.2024. However, inspite of issuance of the transfer order, the respondents have not issued her the release order, which is causing great inconvenience to the petitioner. Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel for the Education Department, representing all the respondents submit that the release order has not been issued because of some communication gap and further submits that steps will be taken by the respondents, to issue the release order since the petitioner has already been transferred from Govt. Secondary School, Pakoti, East Kameng District to Govt. Secondary School, P-Sector, Itanagar, ICR in the order dated

13.08.2024 and a release order was issued by the concerned Headmaster, Govt. Secondary School, Pakoti, East Kameng District vide his letter dated 20.09.2024. Having heard the submission made by the learned counsels for both the parties, this Court find it fit to dispose of the instant writ petition, at the motion stage itself, with a direction to the respondents, more particularly the respondent No.3 to issue the release order, in view of the fact that the petitioner has already been transferred from Govt. Secondary School, Pakoti, East Kameng District to Govt. Secondary School, P-Sector, Itanagar, ICR, vide transfer order dated 13.08.2024, within a period of 15(fifteen) days from the date of receipt of Page No.# 3/3 a certified copy of this order.
