None appears for the respondent Nos. 6 to 9. Mr. G. Riba, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach and avail the proper remedy before the appropriate forum. Considering the submission and the nature of the case, which has been brought before this Court by way of writ petition, I deem it appropriate to allow the prayer for withdrawal.
