ORDER Date : 21-10-2024 (Marli Vankung, J) Heard Ms. N. Anju, learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, praying for condonation of delay of 31 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the impugned Judgment & Order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 304 (AP)/2020. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. D. Panging accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Page No.# 4/4 Ms. N. Anju, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reason for the delay has been explained at para 4 of the application. The learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. D. Panging submits that they will not be filing any objection. We have perused the reasons for the delay explained in para 4 of the application and also noted that no objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents. We are satisfied with the explanation given at para 4 of the condonation of delay application which we find is not due to any laches or negligent on the part of the applicant. Accordingly, we condone the delay of 31 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal against the impugned Judgment & Order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 304 (AP)/2020. IA(C) No. 185/2024 thus stands allowed and disposed of.
