ORDER Date : 01-10-2024 Heard Mr. N. Kakum, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

¶2By order dated 23.09.2024, the accused/applicant was protected by extending the privilege of interim anticipatory bail directing that in the event of her arrest in connection with Nirjuli P.S. Case No. 43/2024 under Page No.# 2/3 Section 417/420 of the IPC, she shall be released on interim pre-arrest bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of like amount. The petitioner was further directed to appear before the I.O. of the case within 7(seven) days.

¶3Accordingly, the accused petitioner appeared before the I.O. of the case on 30.09.2024. On such appearance, the accused, namely, Smti. Gobi Basar Sonam was arrested, however, she was released on interim anticipatory bail on execution of bail bond of Rs.50,000/- on the strength of the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 23.09.2024.

¶4Since the accused petitioner has already been arrested and released on bail, this bail application has become infructuous. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also not raised serious objection. Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on

23.09.2024, is hereby regularised and made absolute in same terms and conditions with the further condition that the accused applicant shall cooperate and appear before the I.O. of the case as and when called for.

¶5This bail order shall be read along with the bail order dated

23.09.2024.

¶6With the above observation, this bail application stands closed.
