The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the matter was listed on 18.09.2024 and the matter was mention and allowed. However, due to inadvertent omission, omitted to have the interim order extended. The learned counsel for the opposite party have opposed the prayer. However, as the order was uploaded, the order could not be altered. Accordingly, the Court finds good and sufficient cause explained by the learned counsel for the applicant to have inadvertently omitted prayer for extension of the interim order when mention for adjournment was made on 18.09.2024. Accordingly, prayer made in this Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The I.A. stands allowed.
