Heard Mr. P. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that he wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition since the petitioner is no longer wish to pursue the matter. Mr. G. Tarak, learned Standing Counsel for the Rural Works Department is present and has not objected to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal, but submits that cost may be imposed in the matter. Page No.# 3/3 Having heard the learned counsels for both the parties, this Court finds it fit to allow the withdrawal of the instant writ petition and accordingly, the said WP(C)355(AP)2024 stands disposed of on withdrawal. No cost imposed.
