The learned counsel submits that the respondents have complied with the direction of this Court in its order, dated 17.12.2021, passed in WP(C)398(AP)2021, wherein, the petitioner was to be assigned to a regular post in the rank of Executive Engineer in the Department of Town Planning and Urban Local Bodies by making provision for his joining. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has now been assigned a regular posting in the rank of Executive Engineer as directed by this Court. In view of the above submission, this Court finds that since the direction of this Court vide its order, dated 17.12.2021, passed in WP(C)398(AP)2021 has been duly complied with, the instant Cont.Cas(C)33(AP)2022 stands closed and disposed of.
