¶2By filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India Act, the petitioners have prayed for direction upon the respondent authorities to finalize the Tender Ref No. CE (P) BMK-08 of 2023-24 (2d Call) dated

23.08.2023 issued by the Border Road Organization.

¶3In this said context, the Court has passed an order in an analogous matter, being WP(C) 267(AP)/2024. And a conditional order has been issued. Page No.# 3/3

¶4In view of this said order, no order is required to be passed in this writ petition as in the decision of this Court in WP(C) 267(AP)/2024 shall be applicable here.

¶5Accordingly, this writ petition stands is disposed of in terms of order dated 20.09.2024, passed in WP(C) 267(AP)/2024.
