The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they no longer wish to press the instant writ petition and also submits that this Court may pass any order found appropriate.

Having heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finding that the instant writ petitioner is no longer interested in pressing the instant writ petition find a fit to disposed of the said writ petition since it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in the matter.

Accordingly, the WP(C) No. 169(AP)/2024 stands disposed of as above.
