Heard Shri A Sarma, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners, who by means of the application, has sought for impleadment of the two new incumbents as the respondent nos. 10 and 11. Also heard Shri RH Nabam, learned Addl. Advocate, General, AP as well as Shri M Kato, learned DSGI, who submit that they do not have any objection, in principle to the prayer for impleadment. In view of the above, considering that these two incumbents may have a Page No.# 3/3 role in the dispute raised, the present interlocutory application is allowed and the two incumbents, namely, 1. Chief Engineer, Project Arunank, Naharlagun, P.O. & P.S.-Naharlagun, District : Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh, Pin: 931719, Email Id: bro.nic.in and 2. Commander, 23 BRTF (GREF), Daporijo, C/o 99 APO, P.O. & P.S.: Daporijo, District: Upper Subansiri, Arunachal Pradesh, Pin-930023, Email Id: Bro.nic.in. are impleaded as the respondent nos. 10 and 11. The interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
