12.12.2024 Heard Shri C. Lalramzauva, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Shri Biswajit Deb, learned Advocate General, Mizoram. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that though the order which was impugned in the writ petition was an order dated

20.11.2024, from the caveat which has been discharged today, it appears that the said notification was superseded by another notification dated 21.11.2024. He submits that the latest notification would perhaps be required to be challenged. He accordingly prays withdrawal of the writ petition. The aforesaid prayer is not opposed by the learned Advocate General. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal with liberty to make a fresh challenge, if so advised.
