05.12.2024 Heard Mr. Nei Chunga Darlong, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the instant application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure for impleadment of the current Chief Secretary, Mr. Khilli Ram Meena as respondent No. 6, since the previous Chief Secretary arrayed as respondent No. 1, has been transferred. In view of the above, this Court finds it fit to allow the present application and accordingly, Mr. Khili Ram Meena is to be arrayed as respondent No. 6 in the instant Cont.Cas(C) No. 7/2019. The learned counsel for the applicant is to file amended cause title in Cont.Cas(C) No.7/2019 on the disposal of the I.A.(Civil) No. 194/2024. List the matter after the ensuing Vacation, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
