¶6Ms. H.C. Deborah Lalnunziri, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 8. Considering the nature of the submission made by the learned counsel, this Court finds it fit to implead Mr. Hitesh Jaiswal, Deputy Chief Engineer, NF Railway (Construction), Maligaon as respondent No. 11. Accordingly, the I.A. No. 64/2025 stands allowed and disposed of.
