13.11.2024 (Marli Vankung, J) This is a jail appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment and order in S.R No. 11/2017 Ref: Siaha PS Case No. 12/2017, under Section 6 of POCSO Page No.# 2/2 Act against the Judgment & Order dated 29.08.2017, wherein the appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 15 years and pay a fine of Rs 1,000/- with default clause. It is however, brought to the notice of this court that the appellant had previously filed an appeal which is registered as Crl.A No. 12/2019 against the same Judgment and Order dated 29.08.2017 in SR No. 11/2017 and a Coordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the appeal, finding no grounds to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the learned Special Judge, Siaha dated 29.08.2017. In view of the above, since the appeal has already been disposed of in the said Crl.A No. 12/2019, the instant appeal stands dismissed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Annette
