Mr. L. H. Lianrima, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants submitted that there are certain formal defects in the instant application for which he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with a liberty to re-file.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant application stands closed on withdrawal. However, liberty is given to the Applicants to re-file by removing those formal defects.
