Advocate submits that the State respondents are taking steps in addressing this court's Order dated 21.05.2025 and had held a meeting as recently as on 04.08.2025. She has prayed for further time to file the affidavit incorporating the steps taken by the State respondents thereafter. In view of above submissions, the learned Govt. Advocate is granted 2
