Heard Mr. H. Rohman, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the respondents in terms of the Judgment & Order of this Court in Contempt petition which arising out of W.P.(C) No.127/2014 dated 18.11.2014, is now complied with by respondents. The petitioners have received some payments and therefore, the learned counsel submits that the instant contempt petition may be closed. Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 5 submits that they have done the needful in terms of the said Judgment & Order of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 127/2014. In view of the above submissions, since it is seen that the respondents have taken the necessary steps in compliance with the Judgment and Order of this Court in W.P.(C) No.127/2014 dated 18.11.2014, the instant contempt petition is closed and stands disposed of.
