ORDER BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO

21.11.2024 Ms. Rosy Manlawmsangi, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and submits that this matter has been wrongly clubbed together with Item Nos. 2 to

¶10She submits that the subject matter of the instant writ petition pertains to service unlike the claim for compensation in the other writ petitions clubbed together with this case. As such, this matter is detached from the other writ petitions. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would like to incorporate some other pleadings and documents in the writ petition, which he had inadvertently failed to do so. She therefore submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Ms. H. Lalmalsawmi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the State respondents has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty Page No.# 3/3 to file afresh, if so advised.
