¶7It is submitted by the learned counsels that the Judgment & Order of this Court dated 09.11.2023 in W.P.(C)118/2023 has in complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a letter dated 31st July, 2024, wherein the Joint Director (P) of the Office of Director (Local Fund Audit & Pension), Accounts & Treasuries, had stated that the family pension entitled to the petitioner, the family pension of Rs. 8,995/- w.e.f. 25.10.2019 upto

06.05.2021/death/marriage/earning more than minimum pension including DR thereon whichever is the earliest, will be released and that excess payment w.e.f. 25.10.2019 to 30.112019 @ Rs.8,995/- may be adjusted. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above, this court is satisified that the respondents had complied the Judgment & Order of this Court dated 09.11.2023 in W.P.

(C)118/2023 and accordingly the Cont.Cas (C) No.3 of 2024 stand closed and disposed of.
