Heard Mr. J. Rohmingthanga, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Marry L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate for the State respondent Nos. 3 to 6. This is an application filed under Order XLI Rule V read with Section 151 of CPC praying for stay/suspension of judgment order and decree dated 19.12.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Division)-I, Aizawl in Title Suit No.94/2013. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that that if the operation of the Judgment Order and Decree dated 19.12.2023 is not stayed, then, the applicants will suffer irreparable loss and injury. Accordingly, he prays for stay of the Judgment Order and Decree dated 19.12.2023 till disposal of the connected appeal. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for both sides and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, execution of Judgment Order and Decree dated 19.12.2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Division)-I, Aizawl in Title Suit No.94/2013, stands stayed/suspended till disposal of the connected appeal. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
