Heard Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Zoramchhana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 to 16, Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC appearing for respondent Nos. 17 to 19 and Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. S.K. Medhi, learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 58 days in filing the appeal. The counsels for the respondents submit that they have got no objection to the delay being condoned. In view of the consent of the parties and keeping in view the reasons given by the applicants for the delay in filing the appeal, we find that sufficient cause of the delay has been made out. The IA is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
