The instant interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant seeking deletion of his name from the array of petitioners in the writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 50/2022 wherein he is the writ petitioner no. 11. Mr. Zokato Chishi, learned counsel for the opposite party-respondent nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. N. Longkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Additional Advocate General, Nagaland have submitted that they have no objection if the prayer is allowed. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant-writ petitioner no. 11 and the statements and averments made in this interlocutory application, the instant interlocutory application is allowed. Consequently, the name of the applicant as writ petitioner no. 11 in the writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 50/2022 is to be deleted.
